Hazel is 3 Months Old!!!!

Our baby is 3 months old. WOW! I can't believe how much more I fall in love with her everyday. She is so busy. She always wants to stand up in your lap, pat everything with her right hand and she smiles all the time. Her smiles bring tears to my eyes almost every time. Darryl and I both have trouble believing we made such a beautiful baby....but we did : ) Also, she talks all the time! She has such a high pitched little voice and it is just adorable. Darryl can get her to talk and she will just go on and on for at least 10 minutes at a time. She has also started to get very proud of herself. She thinks she's really cool when she stands in your lap. It's so awesome that we can actually interact with her now. She responds! Have I mentioned yet that Hazel rolled over????

I was reading a friend's blog the other day and said to Darryl, WHAT?....their baby can already roll over....put her on the floor. So, he put her on a blanket and within about 20 seconds she had rolled over. She's not going to let some other baby show her up : ) She belly to back over her left side. She's also started to work on sitting up. She can do it for a few seconds and then falls back really slowly.
Hazel loves.....
*Mommy : ) I can always make her happy.
*Daddy- He can always get her to smile and she is starting to get shy. It's so cute when she smiles and gets all bashful.
*Scrappy (my dad)- He has a way with kids and animals. They all love him. Plus....Hazel overheard that he had to make 4 trips to his car at FAO Schwarz just to get her and Locke's Christmas presents to the car. And, the district manager is bringing more toys back for them after his trip to Ohio this weekend!!!!!
*Rainforest Bouncy Seat- A must have for every new mom.
*The Mall- She is so happy when we are out and about. She loves when people talk to her and she smiles at everyone.
*Bumbo Seat- She is awesome in her Bumbo. She could sit there forever and just watches TV. But, just tonight she tried to stand up in her seat! She pushes really hard and gets her body completely straight.
*Car rides- She typically does not sleep in the car, but just stares at herself in the mirror on the seat. She LOVES to look at herself : )
*Spitting up- Right after I put her in the cutest outfit. She wore 2 Christmas dresses today before we ever got to church. Good thing Granny Roberta got her so many : ) *Bath time- I still have been taking a bath with Hazel every night. She loves it and has started trying to swim in the water. She kicks and splashes and grabs for things. It's so fun for me and awesome to see how much she's changed from our first bath. Hazel does not enjoy....
*Anything for too long : ).......she's a busy body.
*Bottles- She is starting to do a little better but this child would rather starve than drink from a bottle. We've tried many kinds and it just isn't the same as momma! *Pacifiers- We miraculously got her to suck on one for about 10 minutes the other day during dinner. It was GREAT!!!! Other than that, this child will NOT take a pacifier!
*Jogging stroller- She's so happy as long as you are running. She loves anything that is fast and busy. We love you Hazel. Happy 3 Months!!!!!! It's actually really hard for me to think of things that she doesn't enjoy.

She's a happy baby as long as you keep her busy.
